Due to issues that were out of my control, I am sorry that you had to go through a lengthy process before you received what you paid for. Furthermore, due to similar circumstances I am no longer affiliated with this company.

On September 7, 2008, I wrote to Rip Off Reports, representing my church, revealing our displease with Southern Hospitality and Jan Johnson in particular because we had entered into a financial contract with them for publicity materials that we never received.
Now I can happily say that we are satisfied with Southern Hospitality. Jan Johnson recently sent us the material we had contracted for and it looks very professionally done. We are very pleased that this situation was resolved.
