Southern Pool Company - CWC Management Took Down Payment for a In-Ground Pool and Ran Talking Rock, Georgia
I found this company on the internet thru an engine search and Gary Bragg the salesman came to my house and sold me on the company. I gave them a down payment and received a promise of only taking 4-6 weeks to complete. The very next day the owner Chris Hyde went to my bank and cashed the check for the down payment.
From there on out it has been a nightmare. Chris Hyde or Wendy schedule appointments and never show up nor due they bother to call and give any explaination of why they didn't show up. I have left several messages and emails for Chris and Wendy and neither will call me back. I have not spoken to anyone at the company sice the end of JUNE.
It has been almost 3 months and I still have no pool. I have requested my money back and still no reply. This man is a CON MAN. He will tell you lies to gain your trust and then never follow thru with any thing. He has sold over 10 pools and NONE have been completed. NONE! DON'T BECOME HIS NEVER VICTIM! There are several police reports against this Chris Hyde and this company.

I am sorry you have been cheated and would like to help. this company has frauded many. and has done so in the past under different names such as SOUTHERN SERVICES. AND CHRIS HYDE INC. AND WALESKA EMISSIONS, SOUTHERN LAWN CARE, GA STATE RECOVERY, PAULDING RECOVERY AND DALLAS TOWING AND RECOVERY. I would like to see all that he scam get revenge, but not everyone will come forward. he is not alone in this. He has helpers Wendi Morgan Brantley. and Claris Morgan. I have contacted the news people regarding this .. you will also like to note that i have spoke to an att. about this. I also have a seperate case against both chris and wendi. this is not the first time he has been in trouble with southern pools he was on the news just 1 1/2 years ago for the same thing.... i have log books and bank records on this company and some other info. i would like to work togeather with my or your att to get this resolved
