Buter beware Southern Property Management (SPM) is a Home Owners Association Management Company located in North Georgia. Lynn Collins is the owner.
You will regret giving them your HOA to assist you with running it. They give a good presentation but rhy will trat your association like they are stuipd, or trash, talking ugly to them. It is painful moving to a new management company and expensive. Dont make our mistake these people are amateurs. Lynn Collins is a grade A beaotch.
To add insult to injury they will nickel and dime you to death then provide useless billing that makes you feel ripped off. And you are ripped off. The drive throughs are a joke. They practice selective enforcement and Board members are exempted from following the rules.
It is my opinion and others our monies were not secure and might have been used to to pay their company bills. Or worse co-mingled which is against the law in Georgia. Our property Manager was a fall down drunk when we had our monthly HOA meeting. He gave inaccurate and illegal information. For your own good and you membership do not use this companyl=, You will regret it.
