Facts:
Engine was professionally installed by Versailles Rd Auto Sales Lexington Kentucky.
Warranty guidelines were followed.
Engine failed in Olathe Ks and auto was towed to Brett's auto in Olathe Kansas.
Southwest Engines was contacted by me and Brett's auto in Olathe Kansas.
Engine was assessed by Brett's auto in Olathe Kansas Per Southwest Engines directions.
J.B. at Brett's auto Olathe Kansas spoke directly with Dale ? at Southwest Engines.
Per Dale's ? Southwest Engines directions Brett's auto Olathe Kansas found Engine to be defective.
Dale at Southwest engines contacted Brett's auto to this same conclusion and informed Brett's auto that indeed Engine was defective and would be replaced under warranty.
But then stated to J.B. at Brett's auto Olathe Kansas that Southwest Engines would not cover parts and labor (est. $2200) costs needed for re-installation.
It is clearly documented on my Receipt that Parts and Labor are part of the purchase warrenty.
I have made repeated attempts to speak with Dale ? at SWE to no avail. I have contacted Dale and other at SWE leaving numerous voice mails to no avail. I instructed JB at Brett's auto to contact Dale ?. with success.
Dale was instructed by JB to contact me as to details to my warranty so that this matter could be moved forward.
No response to mine or others attempts to resolve the warranty issues.
Please help!
