I rented with one of their property they manage and I will never do it again with SOUZA10. They steal tenants money and before you sign with their lease agreement, you better be sure not to expect your security deposit back because they will charge you for every single damage for normal wear and tear. In fact, they will even bill you more than your deposit even if you give the house the way you receive it. Tip of advise: DO NOT RENT FROM SOUZA 10 or if you do rent from them, you better hire a lawyer and a researcher/scientist because you will be in a SHOCK when you receive your move-out report.
They scam and ripoff their tenants. SOUZA10 is nothing but a SWINDLERS --an outright thieves who con their tenants by over charging for minor fixes as if you are responsible to pay a whole MAKEOVER of the house. If you are a future tenant and you want your security deposit back, DO NOT RENT from SOUZA10 Traci Elfman is their property manager and she is the most RUDEST, ill-mannered, and unprofessional human being. Please DO NOT RENT from SOUZA10 because I do not want any of you also wrtiting about them in Ripoff.com. Good Luck!
