Like someone had complaint they charged us almost on everything they can think of after we moved out. The house wan't in its prestined condition. I hope someone will read this and will have second thought before they sign the contract. Most of the time I will ask the maintenance guy if I do something major and he will give you a peace of mind but be aware you will just be surprise on the bill they will sent you.
Most parts they use are cheap and will charge a premium on replacing it. They gave also gave us an assurance on the fridge they provided we don't have to pay anything if it broke down. Dont use their maintanance guy, you will get charged even he doesn't fix it. Ask them what is wear and tear on their point of view.
