SOVERIGN BANK RI WON'T DO A FOREBEARANCE BUT HAVE 3 MONTHS OF PAYMENTS ON HOLD, AND THEY ARE NOT APPLYING IT TO THE MORTGAGE???? CRANSTON, Rhode Island
Soverign Bank is holding 3 months of payments without applying them on the mortgage, but won't give my son a forbearance on this mortgage which he requires, due to lost wages, etc, has a job now
Is requiring him to pay 5 more payments or they will forclose???
