I was sold faulty software for Sams Broadcaster at Spacial.com.  We kept on trying to troubleshoot what the problem was and we were working with Tech support which was great but as soon as I asked for a refund because we could not get the product to work the company referred me to Mathew Coomber, Operations lead.  The guy was useless to talk to.  He would rather debate you than to actually help you.  He did not care if the product worked or not but was much more interested in why my Dj was using the product.  I let him know that I bought the Sams for my Dj to use for our radio station.  I let him know I was not going to use the product but only my Dj.  Apparently that was not good enough for Mathew. He was not worried about why the product did not work.  I don't know if that ever even crossed his mind?  He was more worried about why my Dj was using a product that I bought.  I had to tell him over and over again that I am not a Dj that is why I bought it for my Dj.  I told him that I just wanted to get a refund because the software never worked.  My Dj tried to use it on our radio station and the Sams would just shut down every five seconds.  Again Mathew could careless that the product they sold me was a piece of junk and went on to tell me how my Dj could not be using software that I bought because he did not purchase it.  Gee, let's go over this for the 10th time.  I am not a Dj.  I only have 1 Dj that is using that program and no one else.  The software does not work.  Mathew just could not seem to move beyond my Dj using the software.  He did not care that the software did not work but was fixed on my Dj who was trying to use the progam on a computer that I bought for him so technically that computer is mine.  In short, I never got my refund, I never got a Sams Broadcaster that works so I am out of $269.10.  Obviously Mathew feels it is his god given right to rip off people and once they get your money they could careless if you get software that works or not.  I have already filed a report against Spacial.com with the Better Business Bureau.  I seen another report on here filed against them by someone else.  I just makes me wonder how many other people are out there that they may have ripped off?  To view the other report go to #1063177.  The guy had about the same problem with Mathew that I had. I would avoid this company like a plague.  They are bad news.
