sparkinnovators Siftaway This Product Does Not Do What It Says. It Does Not Work. It Just Sticks Together After Each Use. Wallingford, Connecticut
I bought this product after seeing an advertisement. I thought it would make life easier with my two cats and changing the litter. Boy was I wrong. Everytime the cats use it to urinate it sticks together and it is a mess, it does not sift for liquids. It must be cleaned or sprayed down with each use. It is just a non convienient mess...The first thing of all was misleading advertisement because it said free shipping which seems to imply for returns as well, but I had to pay for my shipping to get it to me.
When I called the company to complain that the product didn't do it's job as advertised and I ordered the Deluxe Version that ended up costing $35.97. The lady I spoke to was so unprofessional it was not funny. Telling me that I couldn't get my money back unless I paid the return cost even though the product does not work, when the ad implied that you could return it without any problem within the time frame without having to pay anything else. She also preceeded to tell me that they are a company that sells several items and that there was no supervisor to speak with.
All I want is to have my complete charge returned to me for this product because like I said it does not work as advertised and this company has found a loophole to keep peoples' hard earned money. Once again this product does not work, it does not sift as shown when it comes to anything wet.
