Special-T-Travel RIPOFF VACATION PACKAGE Casselberry Florida
On July 13,2005 I was also "50 000-th Internet Visitor Prize Winner" of (otherwise $ 299o) $898.00 Family Vacation Package(Florida, Daytona Beach, Bahamas, Mexico). Somebody would comment my decision stupid, as how I imagined such a low cost vacation to be real for 4 persons.
After cosultation my friends I've got an advise better not try to expirience it. So I decided to cancell it and did it in a 30 days period according to Company Policy, on Aug.9, actually, sending a letter to Company.
I expected that it is a metter of course I get money back on my Credit Card after cancellation. What a false hope! I have been waiting and asking my bank and waiting...November came, after phone call I was asured to receive money in a few days...nothing happened. Then I tried via e -mail, the answer I got was :call Customer Service for immediate help. Same story was repeated again,then I called them in the begining of January and February 2006,sent a written request by fax...NOTHING has happened.Now I found Rip-off site and hope it'll help!
