I just left you a poor review for the following reason:

I had my fence installed June 2011 before I moved into my home. Today (2.5 years later) we found the irrigation pipe was broken by your installers. When I called Sherri in the office, her response was "If our installers broke it, they would have fixed it then" also said "You are over your 1 year warranty and there is nothing we can do".

I attached the photo of the broken pipe to this post. Now you mean to tell me your installers didn't break that pipe? THE POLE IS BETWEEN MY SPRINKLER LINE! Someone please tell me if I'm missing something, because to me it seems very apparent your installers broke it.

I know it really doesn't matter because even if you take responsibility, you've already made it very clear you're unwilling to take action to fix the problem, which is why I'm leaving this review on your Facebook page, the BBB, Mira Lago's homeowners board and many others. Too many businesses today are like this one and people need to spend their thousands of dollars with another company that stands behind their work.

I look forward to your response and please take a look at the photo below showing the mistake that you claim you would have fixed if you did it.

Today, the owner's daughter came out to our home to discuss the complaint. She was very nice and apologized for the way her employee handled the situation. We showed her one of the locations as well as the photos. She agreed that her installers probably busted the pipes and didn't see them because the irrigation system wasn't turned on.

We had already fixed the pipes yesterday after our discussion with Sherri in the office, where she made it clear they would not be doing anything about it. Today, the owner's daughter said they would have fixed them.

To go along with the original complaint, we found another two busted pipes, making 3 in total. All 3 were under/against a fence post. I have attached the photos of the other 2 busted pipes to this update.

First of all, it was 2.5 years, not 3.5. The reason it took so long is because where we live (Central FL), sinkhole activity is extremely common. The characteristics of the disturbed ground around the busted pipe are in-line with a possible sinkhole, which is why it took so long to notice. I'm relieved it's just a busted pipe that's been blowing water into the ground for some time.

You could be right that some people may try to "scam" someone to come fix it. But why would I dig up my yard and intentionally bust my pipe next to the fence post? That doesn't make any sense.

After finding this first one, we did a full walk-through of the property, we found 2 more, totaling 3 busted pipes, all underneath the fence posts. Do you think I dug up 3 holes in my backyard and busted the pipes under the fence post for my good health? Come on, lets be realistic here.

This is a very valid complaint and the way the business handled it was very unprofessional. Today, the owner's daughter showed up to my home to discuss the issue. She said their installers probably hit the pipes but didn't realize they broke them because the irrigation wasn't turned on. We fixed the pipes ourselves yesterday as you so politely recommended, but she said they would have fixed them. Unfortunately the message that came from their office manager was different.

So as much as I appreciate your valuable advice, I believe you are wrong, sorry.

Must not have been much of an issue since you are reporting it NOW 3 1/2 years later. Sorry but it really just looks like your looking for someone to pay for your problem. After 3 1/2 years they are not going to do anything. Its NOT them NOT standing behind thier work, its that its been 3 1/2 years. YOU say they broke your pipe, but after 3 1/2 years they HAVE to assume you are just a scammer looking for ANYONE else to pay for your problem. Your picture is NOT proof. It could be staged. It could be faked. Youre just going to have to fix the pipe yourself and stop looking to blame others for YOUR problem.
