We did have a pretty spectacular server change-over recently...that affected the customer sites, but I know that the change over is complete now.

If you cancel your membership within 90 days of joining Smart Living Company, you may be eligible for a refund of your membership fees (excluding shipping and handling). Call toll free 1-877-523-9088 for eligibility and cancellation instructions. If you're a Silver Member and cancel after 90 days, you will remain responsible for any remaining fees until paid in full. If your Membership Kit has shipped and you refuse delivery, the shipping and handling charge will not be refunded, and an additional $15 will be deducted from any membership fee refund to cover the return shipping. Trial Members: You may cancel during your Trial Membership and no further monthly charges will be assessed thereafter. If you cancel your membership within 90 days following the end of your Trial Membership, you are eligible for a refund of your initial membership payment. After the 90 Days, and at any time during your ongoing membership, you may cancel and no further monthly charges will be assessed. Previous monthly charges are not refundable.
