They assured a money back guarantee, they never lose and I email to advise of my failed attempt with the help of speedticketbeaters.com. They responded I was not even close to a refund, but forcefully wanted my money huh over the phone. They don't tell you about the refund policy till they take your money, hmmm sounds like a scam to me. If you were shown the refund policy before you paid, lets just say they would never make a dime.
