speedticketbeaters speed ticket beaters arrogant, scam and total idiots who loves to harrass! Internet
I was ticketed and looked online for possible help since I wanted to contest the ticket. I've come across several websites including this speedticketbeaters.com. ive signed up for their FREE EVALUATION. I thought their service is ok, but since I cant just hand them my money, Ive decided to use paypal, in case, this is a scam. Then a few days after, I solved my ticket problems, so I decided not to confirm my order and cancel it via paypal. I thought I was just making a cancelation for a service which I havent really availed for, which is the real case here. I thought Id use them for future ticket problems. After the cancelation, I received an email from them trying to scare me, literally telling me I am stupid for canceling. I was pissed off and replied back by asking them "if this is a way for them to win back customers by scaring them" and that "I am sure I will win my case". Big mistake for me, coz this started a never-ending array of insults. I still have all the emails I was just amazed about how arrogant and creepy these people are. I was so pissed that I replied back but that was mistake #2 coz they replied back with more insults. And they claim to rake in millions a year too, yet they have a crappy and suspicious looking website.
So in case you are planning to use this website, do it at your own risk. These idiots are impossible. And there is another way for you to fight your ticket, unlike what these stupid characters are telling you to do, without appearing in court, via trial by written declaration. you can get good defenses for free in the internet, just type trial by written declaration and you can get good pointers, even a whole defense (just edit them) on how to win your case. This website's services you can get from other websites with not even half the price of what they are charging.
Dont fall for these idiots, who seems to have grown from ghettos, no manners, no nothing idiots. check out these websites too. these are samples of what you will get from them.

i am now one of the people (there's already been a few) that has seen a b.s rip off report about speedticketbeaters and am writing in to defend them.
what this guy wrote is bogus. the speedticketbeaters people are geniuses. they absolutely destroyed a tough 88 mph ticket, from a total jerk trooper that i got here in texas last year.
also the trial by declaration stuff this guy wrote is totally wrong info. you can only do trail by declaration (write in letter to do trail that way) in a few states. and no one usually wins doing that. the cops just answer the report by checking off a box or 2, and you're cooked. and even if the cop doesn't answer the report, the city will say he did, and find you guilty. because you have no way or knowing and confirming what the cop did or not. so the speedticketbeaters guys rightly recommend fighting the cops at in person trials, where everything they say and do is on the record, right in front of you.
my best friend is a state trooper in calif. which is one of the only states that even lets trial by declaration happen. and he's the one that taught me never to do one, that they never work. you only win when you get a real, killer defense. the dudes at speedticketbeaters definely have those! they ROCK!

You state you signed up for a free evaluation..but you used PayPal. Why would you need to use PayPal if it was free?
Another thing to note. Paypal only provides buyer protection when the transaction is for tangible goods. Since whatever this site provides is obviously not a tangible good, this may be how they get away with it.
But still I do not understand why anyone would submit paypal or any bank/credit/debit information for something that is supposed to be free. Did you authorize any funds to be taken from your paypal account without any disclosure of a charge?
