SpeedyParm ripoff plain and simple, you send them money through Western Union ,you get nothing. Tijuana Mexico
This is the most flagrant RIPOFF I've ever heard of. You will get nothing from this whatever it is, certainly NOT a COMPANY. The instuctions tell you to send money through Western Union to a "contact person" whose name I have seen changed many times now, they send back a notice that the order has been "cancelled" nothing more. When pursued expect nothing, but they have promised me now for six months(12/2003)three times to send ASAP. Still Nothing. I e-mail them constantly and place other orders pending. This seems to get them to respond, probably in hopes I'm stupid enough to actually send more WU money...
