Spiegel Card Processing Center ripoff. increasing the APR rate to 28%. charging $35 late fees when the payment is on time. no one there to fix the problem Old Bethpage New York
I send a payment in every month on time and I am still being charged a $35 late fee. When I call there is no one to answer the phone. The recorrding just tells you to write to them. When I did no one writes back. The only time I talk to someone on the phone is when a payment was lost and the wanted money over the phone.
I am currently tring to transfer the account to a 0% visa and the card processing center won't release the lein. BUT... I bet next months bill will be late again according to them. I have been paying on this bill for 2-3 yrs. and I have had the same 321.00 balance for so long. Please tell me what to do. I don't want to mess up my credit over $300. Why is it legal for a company to take over an account and rip people off. This is crazy!
