Nathaniel Spinner, SPINNER DEVELOPMENT LLC did not complete the work he did for me per code i am having roofing, plumbing ,electrical , plumbing , hvac issues and he is refusing to come to fix it,I have other licensed contractor coming to fix his mess , they told me that job is not professional .
I had to spend another 14,000 to fix his work after we had paid him 92,000 .Nathaniel Spinner, SPINNER DEVELOPMENT LLC claim that you did not pay him even though all the payment were done draw document bank draws and the lender is shocked when i told them that.
He collected 120,000 from me claiming he will help me purchase REO properties that he had connection with edGe fund guys, when I requested my money back he stop picking up the phone, diserted the job site, hidding , and telling my investor friend I own him money. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS NATHANIEL SPINNER, nor his company SPINNER DEVELOPMENT LLC. my lawyer sent him a letter to request my money, he did not even reply.
