spiritualquest.com RIPPED ME OFF FOR $12.75 admitted it and WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY, Internet
This company charged me $12.75 extra for lamp dimmers & then did not ship the dimmers for the lamps. I have tried for 6 months to get a refund and they are offering only a credit (which would mean I have to spend a lot more money with them to get the credit).....now they are saying that they changed systems and don't have any records that they can access to research my complaint. They did offer to send me a check for $12.75 but it never arrived. Spiritualquest.com sells salt lamps and other imported salt products and have stolen $12.75 from me.

The order was voided the order never was charged as the cc batches later in the day.
Time stamp on his request 11:36 am PDT
Void was processed at 10:53 customer was never charged and only has evil in his heart.
Tranaction ID 7587235536 voided for the entire order of 198.70 this persons order was never charged and fully voided before closing, The person we believe is unbalanced and very angry sorry but he was never charged.

I have ordered from SpiritualQuest many times over the years - all without incident, though I will say Rick is very often short and rude - but I haven't yet found another place from which to buy the products I like so I've put up with it - until now. I ordered a gift 2 weeks ago to be sent to someone other than myself. While it was delivered in 2 days it was delivered to me.
When I called I got huge attitude from "Richard," asked for "Rick" to call me thinking perhaps it was someone different and was told okay, and was told to just put in a ticket - I put in a ticket and got a response from "Rick" - the same guy I had just spoken to on the phone! I said, why didn't you just say who you were?! He appologized and said he had just learned some news and wasn't in a good place - I understood - he said I could keep the product sent to me and they would send another to the person who was supposed to get it in the first place or they could pick it up.
I wrote twice that I'd like to keep it and for confirmation that the 2nd package was sent. Days went by, I asked what happened as I never got a response only to be told they had to pick up the package because it was the only one in inventory, supposedly. I said fine - BUT it had to be delivered by 4/28 or no one would be there to accept it. They set up the delivery for 2 days later and GROUND - so it's getting picked up today but will be delivered when no one is there to receive it for the week...
And I just got an email that they are going to pickup the package and have it returned to them and will refund my money! They won't incur triple the cost - to deliver it the way it has to be delivered now because of their screw ups!!! UNREAL!!!
To say I am dismayed and annoyed is putting it mildly. No offer of a coupon, no refund, no communication until I push and everything done incorrectly at every step and now they won't do anything to keep a customer. I'll never buy from them again - Shame on them - this is not how to run a biz, how to deal with long time customers, etc. They keep this up and they'll be out of biz soon! Karma (for a company that sells under the name "SPIRITUAL" - guess their quest has been an utter failure.
Be ware - they are also doing biz as alibaba.com, saltlampsnow.com, incensewarehouse.com and others not doubt - DON'T DO BIZ WITH THEM.
