Split Endz Nair and Nails Salon owner is dishonest and will take your money I was left with bold spots in my head and a scar in my heart. They took $750 and never returned my calls. Coral Springs Florida
I met with the owner of this salon who assured me I was in good hands when I scheduled to have fusion hair extensions put in at her salon. She quoted me $600 and so I booked the appt.
I came in 2/5/13 to have my hair extensions put in and much to my surprise she told me it would cost another $100 since they "supposedly" found a company which sold them much better hair than the one company they usually use.
I expressed my concern to her, but since she assured me that this hair has the best and it would not damage my hair and would last at least 6 months since I was looking for long term hair extensions, I agreed to pay $150 which included a nice tip. Much to my horror a few days later they started to fall off and my own hair was coming out with it.
Mind you I've worn keratin bond fusion hair extensions before and never had this happen to me so I knew something was wrong and came in. They couldn't believe their eyes after they shampooed my hair and saw the amount of knotts that were in my hair.
It was so horrible that another stylist had to help take them out. The extensions were so tangled that they had to be removed. A client that witnessed the horror suggested I video tape the entire incident so that I can ask for a refund. I did as she suggested.
Right before I left I had bold spots in my hair because to make matters worst, the salon did not have any hair extensions remover so they were yanking my extensions out along with my own hair. I have very little hair left now and tons of bold spots.
They kept my hair extensions to try to get a refund approved by the owner and from the manufacturer. I never once heard back from them nor did I receive a penny back. I am considering hiring an attorney, but I am not rich and right now, I am pregnant can't afford an attorney.
I went to the BBB, I tried emailing and mailing them as well as calling, but no one will contact me back.
