Spodak Dental Group Delray Beach Dr. Patel My Brand new partials broke twice in 7 months Delray Beach Florida
I spent over 16,000 for my dental work I recieved my new partials about 7 months ago and since then they broke twice! Each time a tooth fell out of them and I swallowed the tooth. I was promised by Dr. Patel that she would give me the harder version if the partial if they ever broke and because I got upset over my partials breaking she is refusing to treat me anymore.
I was nervous from the beginning because they had no warranty but she assured me she would make the new teeth if the first set did not work out. I was there to receive repaired partial last week and she brought some new lady in and she tried to tell mt that perhaps they didn't put enough of the money I spent in the partial and that's why they broke. I left so upset I was crying. Now she is refusing to treat me. So I'm left with a semi repaired partial and a bunch of lies! What do I do? This is how she trears her customers. Simply unbelievable.
