Mahani, ever the master criminal, apparently did not know that the server logs on computers at EDIX and at the copy center could be used to verify the location from which the e-mails were sent, or that the copy center video cameras caught him on tape. Mahanis behavior continued, despite a restraining order. He sent e-mails to various customers disparaging both EDIX and its owner and revealing confidential company information.24 EDIX sued Mahani under various theories, including breach of contract, breach of duty of confidentiality, misappropriation of trade secrets, and defamation. Given Mahanis blatant behavior, the case was a slam dunk on most counts. The court found that Mahani breached both his contractual
and common law duties of confidentiality, willfully and maliciously misappropriated EDIXs trade secrets, and defamed EDIX. The court awarded compensatory damages, exemplary damages, attorneys fees, and injunctive relief.25 While this employee was clearly out to harm his former employer, the case demonstrates the need to monitor employee behavior during employment to prevent possible postemployment

Companies will all ways have people not happy or satisfied its the way the biz world is.. and WE ARE a biz trying to make money to pay a staff, a office lease and GROW. We never have lied and said we are a charity.. so if our employees get paid from the "service fees" we charge show us how thats a "Scam"..

Also find me ONE post were some says: "they WORE all the logos, went to shows, and DID EVERYTHING we asked them to prove to sponsors they earned it, and they didnt get it... all the negative posts are SPAM by our competitors, non clients, and people who didnt follow our advice... sorry but true...

These poeple are a scam. I know of alot of people who have lost money to these people and received nothing. I tryed it and did not fall for it. $35,000 a month to wear cloths from rockstar? Ha ha ha.A week and my car will be done,he wouldnt even give me time to tell him what i wanted done. He just hurried me along.When he asked for 199 bucks i said ill pay when i get my first pay check from rockstar he said we cant do that.But if you hurry to the bank and give me your info i can get this done for you.I said well let me call and see if i have the money and let me check out your company he said ill only give you ten minutes. Not only was he very rude but he didnt really seem to know much of anything. If he wants 199 bucks for them to sponsor me but rockstar dont want anything then i want rockstar to sponsor me and not them.I mean come one people dont waste your money. Oh and Tom i happen to work at a radio station as well as four of my closest friends.We promise to give you free word of mouth on the air.

You write this and yet alot of people havent seen there refunds yet. My husband and myself are hard workiing people and all we wanted was our refund back, All you have to do is return people there money and fix what needs fixing. Stop giving people a hard time, because you have scamed one to many people out of their hard earned money. You have lied to us and continue to lie to us. You have argued and hung up on us, and you have stopped writing and calling us, you acted suprised when i called you and told you that i never got my refund. You keep lieing to people. Someone NEEDS to stop you guys and you scaming people.
