I filed with my credit card company and they got me a refund. Better Golf Today never did get in touch with me.

My Credit card company said they had talked to Better Golf Today and were issuing a credit for the full amount to my card. Unless some other information on the claim comes up from the merchant, they consider the case closed. I never heard from Better Golf Today, it was the credit card company, not them, that got me the credit. I will be more careful in the future when I deside to purchase something from material I get in the mail.
