I would like to personally thank the owner of sports always and his apologies for what has happened with my returns this past January 2011. They had an awful situation and he explained himself along with returning my money plus more for the inconvenience. He also gave us an extra gift which my husband and son loved.
All I ask for with customer service is accountability. I understand things can go wrong and it sounds like this firm had an awful experience that forced them out of business for a while.
Thank you for taking the personal steps to apologize, I will certainly consider SportsAlways for our next purchase.
