Spot Loan Trying to charge me for a false loan
In 2013 my ID , wallet , check card, and check book was stolen out of my car , approximately a year later in 2014 , a bill collector called in behalf of a place called SPOT LOAN ? Saying that I was in default on a loan I took out with them for the amount of $1700!
They had my old checking account information that was stolen which was immediately closed the next day due to being stolen , they claimed that a "Payment " was made from a CLOSED account! Supposedly the loan was taken out on line!
When I asked to see my supposed signature, they said it was electronically signed and the couldn’t produce any information pertaining to me being tied to the loan other than the checking account that was in my name, they have continued to harass me and members of my family to the point I’m seeking legal action against them !!
These people are are complete scam artist!!! This is a warning to anyone dealing with the people !!! They are CRIMINALS!!!!
