Spotfn.com Seems to not be able to locate the money I'm supposed to receive back London Internet
In July of 2014, I started with Spotfn.com. They were supposed to train me about how to do binairy trading. They never did that. In 09 of 2014, I requested my money back. According to their records, it was approved on 09/11/2014. As of this date (12/01/2014), I have not received the money.
When contacting them, starting the beginniing of October, I was told the money was returned. When I stated it wasn't, they said they had to investigate. I had to supply paperwork showing the money has not been returned.
Every time I call, I keep being told they are investigating and will contact me within the week. Of course, I never hear from them. As of today, 12/01/2014, I still have not received the money and still get the same story that they need a week to investigate. I've had enough. I have found out that it is a scheme and huge scam as one of the centers is not in London (no office has ever been there), but the headquarters is located in Costa Rica with several places throughout the world.
Do Not invest with them. The information I am finding on them was not available when I invested with them. I doubt if I'll ever see my money.
