Sprint PCS is a deceptive & dishonest dirty lying SOB ripoff scam company that makes false promises, gives me monthly problems, and has poor & rude customer service. Nationwide, USA
I have problems with Sprint every d**n month. Not to say all the employees at sprint are rude assholes, but 80% of the ones I've dealt with are sorry SOBs. They are very unbusinesslike.
You have to pay them for phone calls regarding their errors. I think it's about time we all stop talking about them and get together on a lawsuit against them. They are clearly not giving us what they offered us in our agreements.
The biggest problem with Sprint is greed. They try to charge you for every little thing they can and they notify using your billing statement of which they know d**n well over 60% pay no attention to such a notification.
On top of that they get rid of thousands of associates of which they need to attempt to give good customer service. Answer this question: Do you think Sprint gives a d**n about their customers? I should have stayed with expensive as Verizon, even they give quality customer care. Can you hear me now? To hell with Sprint.
