Here is how to talk to a human immediately..If you have had to spend your minutes online, and most of all time and frustration, here is the method to break through Spint PCS talk machine that keeps a human being punching buttons for hours and is humiliating.
When you are asked to punch in your phone number, do so. THEN and only AFTER you have punched in your phone number, press the 0 (numeric zero) key about 7-15 times and you will immediately be placed next in qeue to talk to a customer representative.
I got this info from a guy who wanted to break through Aspire Visa's telephone system. We traded information. Master Card is #*#*#*#*#*#* and he told me that the company did not want anyone to have this info, which is exactly why I am posting it on the web because they called me today to let me know they were canceling my account, after texting me at 2:37AM last month, the week after they gave me credit for two months for a lost phone.
They said that they had called numerous times and they did not.(("They" refers to numerous reresentatives.) I had not recieved one message, Text or otherwise from them. My daughter finally called me after they called her. I paid the overdue, due to her lost phone, which a customer rep promised me that I would have three months to take care of the balance. Don't listen to any promises from a Sprint Customer Representative. The computer knows no difference! Enjoy and share.

This is how to break through Sprint's Automated Cutomer Service and talk to a person instead of being humiliated by a treadmill. After being asked to enter your phone nuber, do so. Wait......Then press 0 about ten to fifteen times. Whoa! A Real Person!
