I have said it before and I'll say it again! Try to sue, spend your hard earned money on lawyers and courts, you will get NOTHING! out of it...you can't win against sprint. Bill Esrey is a son of a b***h, laid me and 5000 off and got a 2.1 million bonus for his troubles...I hate sprint just as much as anyone, but I am not DUMB enough to sue him... Take Care

Let me see whether I have this right: Sprint has a franchise to defraud customers because their credit rating - for whatever reason - is not prime. I have another answer to that: Sprint for 17 years is engaged in scams, schemes, deceptive advertising, misrepresentation, fraud, and conversion of consumer's property, i.e. funds belonging to its customers. The problem started with the apointment of William T. Esrey in 1985 to the position of the CEO, has outlived half a dozen name changes, and is well documented by at least 24 class actions, literally hundreds of civil actions, the litigation instituted by the AGs of the States of New York (settled by signing a consent decree, promising to change deceptive ads, and payment of $100,000), the AGs of Connecticut, Illinois and Louisiana; approx. 5000 complaints each with the FCC and FTC; over 3,000 complaints with the BBB over the last three years alone, and several thousand complaints with the consumer protection agencies of the States of California, Washington, and Illinois (I have not yet investigated further). None of these actions has accomplished ANYTHING, the company continues its deceptive and unfair business practice. I have filed a lawsuit against Sprint Corp and PCS in Federal District Court in San Diego, you can call the clerk, obtain the plaintiff's address and contact me, if you feel it is time to change their practies. aybe, together we can change things.

1.) Fraud happens ALL the time!!! The fact that this happened to you through Sprint PCS is not a reflection of the company itself. It is actually a reflection of you keeping your personal information safe guarded, or LACK THERE OF!!!!! 2.) The Ol' Mighty dollar!!! Do you go to work to pay bills, make money, or just to pass the time! Sprint is a business & is in it to make $$$!!! 3.) Improve your credit & you won't have a spending limit. Sprint allowed you service inspite of your credit class, there has to be some restrictions, be for real now!!! Any thing else??????
