SPRINT RIPOFF EXTRA BILLING LESS CUSTOMER SERVICE FRONT ROYAL Virginia
I am writting in regards to my parents. They have theyre home phone with sprint ( because they have to not by choice ) and they recently changed theyre plan for unlimited long distance service for $39.95 a month. But for the past four or five months theyre bill has been over $100.00. I looked it over and realized they were being charged $39.95 a month for unlimited long distance plus being charged by the minute for each call made.
The only reason she got it was because I am long distance from her. We called Sprint and they said it was because she didnt dial the area code first before my number. Now anyone knows if you can dial a number straight through it must be a local or "free" call. So they are refusing to refund any of the money that they have "stolen" from an older couple. If anyone has hade this same problem please respond.
