I have been a Sprint Customer for 8 years.

Not once in 8 years have I received a correct bill or talked to anyone that knew what they were doing in customer service.

In fact when you call customer service it pretty much creates more problems on your account.

The most recent incident has just put me over the edge. I am so sick of being ripped off and fighting every bill.

After 8 years of overcharges, roaming, etc, I put two of my three lines on the sprint everything plan. What a joke

The phone I have is supposed to be GPS ready. Right....worked for a few works then quit completely.

After two weeks on the phone with tech support they told me well we are having issues with that phone and GPS.

Sorry for ya pretty much.

I got really mad and finally got a humane person in tech support who is not CUSTOMER SERVICE who is worthless sent me a new phone that supports GPS.

I about fell over on that one. However because I got a new phone I had to take it to the store and get my contacts transferred over.

So of course that meant more people in my account messing me up. I got prorated a half of a month bill and a full bill for getting my contacts changed over.

I keep getting billed twice as much as I am supposed to and they add about 20 different fees every time.

I can't even go on about it. I am so sick and tired of it. Sprint is such a rip off, they have horrible customer service and I really wish someone could help me.

I really wish someone had the power to resolve this. The thought of calling them again is enough to put me in the mental hospital.

Brenda, These problems you speak of must be due to something you are doing wrong, because I have been with Sprint now for over 5 years and have never had a problem, and every bill has been correct. You must be one of those "high maintenence" customers, and most likely had the "cheap" plan that did not meet your needs. For example, you complained about extra charges for roaming. Well, this is easily avoided, and there are 2 simple solutions. 1. Pay the $5/mo for the FREE ROAMING plan. 2. Set your phone settings to "Sprint Only". Problem solved. I don't think you would be happy with any provider. Get a prepaid phone. Done.
