The following is the e-mail that I sent to Sprint on April 8, 2007. I was contacted today April 9, 2007 explaining my eligibility for a free Sanyo flip phone which is not what I wanted. I specifically asked for a "Red RAZR" and that was the only phone I wanted.

Some of the people that work for cell phone companies leaving rebuttals need to get their heads out of their asses, "You Get Paid Because We Have Cell Phone Service." And if you think Sprint can't be brought down, just remember ENRON you prehistoric thinking relics.

The customer is always right and I don't mean to say that it's okay to talk to people like they are animals, but you have to look at it from both sides. When you have to talk to 20 different people and hear 20 different explanations to the same question then you are going to get an attitude.

Enough of my ranting, here's the e-mail sent to the FTC, Sprint, and the Better Business Bureau:

I was eligible for a rebate April 1, 2007 and now it says I can't get one until February 2008. What the hell is the problem with this company? If it's because I changed my plan last month I will cancel this account immediately. I am really not believing the head aches I have had with Sprint since January 28, 2007. If I would have known it was going to be like this I would have left the d**n service off and went with Cingular wireless. I was going to get my wife the RAZR phone but now I'm being told that I can't get the rebate until next February. I will also be giving the same info to the FTC and the Better Business Bureau.
