SprintPCS ripoff lies about plans and billing Internet
When my boyfriend and I got phones from SprintPCS, we were told roaming was included (free in plan), him calling me and me calling him was included (free in plan) and other things as well. We have recently found out we are being billed for every single time we call each other, if we access our voicemail and are being charged for any and all roaming calls. We have contacted SprintPCS by email and phone, always getting a run-around or outright lied to. How can we be charged for what they say is included in the plan?
