Spymaster Pro Software does not work won’t refund momey Internet

I have been speaking with multiple people from customer service through email for 6 days on getting a refund because their software is not compatible with the newer iPhones. They continued to tell me Apple support was wrong in the information they told me and would not be giving my money back for a faulty product smh
