I used the square card reader for a few small transactions itseemd to work fine. then ran a $3900 transaction and was notified that i needed to do an account verification, which i have already done, so my money would be held a few days. so i jumped through the hoops and did what they asked only to be told my account is now "high risk" so they terminated my account without reason and said they will be holding my funds for 60 days.

i need this money for my business and am now in a bad spot because they have decided to hold my money. they will not give any reason why. they have one person you can speak to and she just hangs up everytime i call. they will only respond to emails but it takes several days and its always the same automated response. this is my money and my business and i deserve an explanation. i have now found where tons of people are having this problem.

my exact complaints are all over the internet about this company. they are placing our money in interest bearing accounts and making a ton of money. they have got to be stopped. this is ruining several businesses and is not right. i have seen where they are holding money for 6 months and longer. some in the amount of over $50,000. it is unbelievable that this is happening and continues to happen. please be warned about this company. if anyone has any suggestions or answers please let me know, thanks!
