Srclarke Worst Employer Ever and Business Practice Fairfax Virginia
I would like to let the world know about a company that is the worst place to work and so dishonest in their business practices. I worked there for a short time,less than a month. In that month, I witnessed bad business practices, was a reciever of sexual harassment. The owner of the business is a overweight, complusive liar, and more. It says something when in my first week at work that people of the company especially the women would tell me how bad it was and to get ready. I did not believe them until I saw it with my own eyes and was on the recieving end.
This company is based on lying to thier customers. It is a very bad atmosphere. I found out that the company had a huge turn over, I wonder why? Later, after I decided to go after this company legally, my lawyers are in the process to do this. In the course, my lawyers found other past employees who are willing to join. And guess what found out that the company is possiable being investigated by the IRS. Well any way. DO NOT EVER APPLY FOR A JOB!!!!!!

As the only "Kate" working for this company, I am outraged that someone would post something here in this forum using MY NAME. I want it stated for the record that the person who posted the complaint against SR Clarke used a false name. As the only Kate working for SR Clarke, I did NOT make this posting about my company. Nor to my knowledge has there ever been another "Kate" hired at this firm, let alone someone who worked here less than a month with the name "Kate." As for the rest of the fraudulent posting, I leave that to Mr. Clarke to address.

The only truth in the article about srclarke is that I am big and fat and that we have had high turnover.

In 25 years of being in business I have never had a sexual harassment suite filed against me. In fact I am very happily married and have been for 20 years. If we are being inspected by the IRS I would imagine their would be a lien against us and that would be a matter of public record, check it out. As to high turnover, well join the crowd. Until 9/11 and the tradgedy in New York we had less then 10% turnover in an industry that traditionally has 90% turnover. SR Clarke has always prided itself on how we care about our employees. I feel sorry for whoever wrote this article because in their effort to hurt me they hurt a lot of innocent people who work very hard and are very professional. I have not been contacted by either the IRS or any attorney and at the current time am not involved with any litigation.
