SSK communities Nathan Smith, Beechwood Community WARNING< DANGER<RIP-OFF Ft Mitchell Kentucky
We were conned into moving into a trailor thats not fit to live in, holes in floors, leaks, air conditioning not working. We were promised several months ago that it would be fixed. 7 months later, nothing. Over a month ago, put a $9300 deposit down for a new trailor, was told it would be here by May11, once again, nothing, A new trailor cam 3 weeks ago for another family, but after all that time, nothing is done to get it ready to move into.
My calls are ignored, we are not important, we are all seniors, but we do know the laws, they think all that live in a trailor park as being stupid. Rest assured Mr. Nathan Smith, my attorney is not, we want our money back, we are moving out, u say buy here, finance here, move in todat!! That's BS, you get the money, then ignore us, not a very good way to stay in business
