I bought my car in 2000 from one company in which the loan was sold to sst, Like many others if you were a few days late there would be phone call after phone call. Demanding payment, My loan payments never seem to be going down any. By 2006 I had got behind two months due to layoff at work. I tried to keep up but they ended up asking and telling me to take a voluntary repo. Retun the car which would be better and they would sell and payoff the loan. According to my contract I had all ready paid 26,000 for a 19,000 dollar car. The car was picked up June of 2006.

Now 3 years later I am being taken to court by a company I dont even know. Owing 11,000 dollars go figure. From 2006 tell now I had not heard nothing from SST. Did not even know if they had sold the car which was 1999 Ford Mustang limited edition in mint condition when they took it. However I contact SST requesting a copy of my original contract, copy of the repo letter they had me sign and a copy of bill of sales on my car. I was told they would get this out to me. Next thing I know I have a letter sent to me, stating a bill of sale to who but no amount, no letter of repo, and a scribbled page of my contract. Now I go to court tomarrow. I cant afford a letter against these people and 3 years later they are asking for amount that more than I hardley make in wages.
