ST. GEORGE MOTOR CARS - TONY THOMPSON RIPOFF FRAUD LIAR CHEAT DOESN'T THINK HE HAS TO RESPECT THE LAW ST GEORGE Utah
My husband tried to buy a 2001 Mustang Cobra SVT hardtop. He traded in our 1997 Ford 150 Truck. The date was Oct. 23,2004.
Today is November 13, 2004. We have no financing as of this date.
TONY THOMPSON refuses to take the car back and give us back our truck. He says he has had us financed since day 2. He couldnt produce evidence of that. He didn't take a true and correct odom. statement so the car has miles on it that we didn't drive.
Someone else did. Temp tags were dated an extra day out.
He took 2 post dated checks for the downpayment. He had my husband sign a prom. note for $1000.00 dollars. TONY THOMPSON IS A CROOK AND A FRAUD. HE OPENED A ACCOUNT AT AMERICA FIRST CREDIT UNION POSING AS MY HUSBAND. "I JUST PRETENDED TO BE YOU" HE TOLD MY HUSBAND. WE GOT PIN NUMBERS AND LETTERS FROM THAT CREDIT UNION AND CALLED THEM TO SEE WHAT THE HECK WAS GOING ON. THEY PROMPTLY CLOSED THE ACCT. Tony Thompson said we were approved for 5% interest at AMERICA FIRST. AMERICA FIRST said we are not approved for a loan. We put a fraud alert on my husbands credit reports. TONY THOMPSON can open acct for anything with his customers information and thinks he is above the law apparently.
We never got a denial letter from ST GEORGE Motor cars and we want to return the car. We are currently trying to get the STATE OF UTAH motor vehicle enforcement division to help us out of this mess. May have to get a lawyer. NEVER NEVER NEVER enter the lot of ST GEORGE MOTORCARS. Learn from our lesson.
