St. Johns hometown IGA IGA, Wilburs, Dean Ashcroft Rip off, stealing, discrimination, out of date foods, bugs in breads. Saint Johns, Arizona
I was a faithful customer of IGA in St. Johns, AZ. That was until today when The owner/Manager Dean Ashcroft in what I would consider a violent rage actually stole from my possession a rain check given to me by his store the previous day. He said, You shouldn't have this, This is a deal we just can't give any more. When he ripped the rain check from my hand, I ended up with a paper cut about 2 inches long, this is assault. I then asked for store policies, Dean Ashcroft said, IGA store policy is what ever he wants it to be and he can change it when he wants and for who he wants. The rain check was for savings on 11 packages of lunch meat on sale for m$1.99. a savings worth over 40.00. IGA and Dean Ashcroft are the worse. I am also filing with the FTC, BBB
and ripp off report. This kind of abuse and discrimination must be stopped. IGA and Dean Ashcroft refused to sell me Items at a sale price and then further more stole a rain check worth $40.00. This is bad bad business, this store has become just horrible and unfair since this horrible unfair man Dean Ashcroft became owner. He is ripping people off and no one cares.

Yes, that was me. What happened is the manager was upset because I had turned the store in yesterday to there corporate office, So today when I nicely asked for there coupon policy the manager had already called the police on me. Everything is on video and the police officer said that there was nothing on the store video showing that I was doing anything inappropriate and in fact the video showes the store manager actually following me around harrassing me. So the video is all I need. I did talk to a lawyer, I have an appopintment Monday, I am suing big time.

I was looking up Saint Johns Home Town IGA today online as I was going to file a BBB report when I came across this place in the search engine. I was at this IGA today and saw a young man come into the store and ask for a coupon policy for the store, I was curious myself and listened in. The manager told the man she did not know it, the young man then asked a cashier who said she did not know it. Then the manager came over to this young man and told him he was causing problems and that she would call the police on him if he did not leave. The young man left the store but the police where in the parking lot and grabbed him. I don't know what happen from there, all I know is who ever this young man is did nothing but ask a question. These people at this store are mean. Beware, I will never shop here again and I will not be sending my kids or family there any more. I am contacting the police to give my witness report. I am hoping this young man sues. I am wondering if this is the same person who posted the original report. If so email me, I will help you..
