Stae Of Ohio Disability, SSI Disability Stuck In Purgatory Between Ohio disability, Waitting 4 yrs. now for ssi disability Ripoff Sidney Ohio
I've been unabled to work since 2002.I filed for ssi disability then.I've been denied time and time again and had my apeals courtdate in march of 2006 and have yet to get a deccision. Meanwhile,all my doctors agree I cannot work,And I am able to draw state of ohio disability,wich is $115 a month and $155 a month in food stamps. I am required to pay back the $115 a month.Which is rediculess...Who can live off that a month.I've been living on this for 3 yrs. now.This is what your tax dollars do for you after you've paid into the system all your working life. I'm stuck in purgatory.How can I be disabled enough for the state ,but not the federal gov...How much longer must I be made to wait for something I'm clearly due,and desperatlly need.Something needs done with these systems...
