9/17/2003 Open claim and complied with all Stain Safe request.

9/30/2003 Called Stain Safe and told them about the back of the couch stuffing flat

10/27/2003 Called Stain Safe to check on claim - having trouble getting tech to respond. Called Victor's Leather Repair and they advised that they were not going to respond due to their schedule

11/6/2003 Called Stain Safe to check on claim. Spoke with Robert. They were still processing and trying to find someone to come look at the sofa.

11/13/2003 Called Stain Safe to check on Claim was advised to call Isreal's Leather to find out when the will come look at the couch and add stuffing

12/14/2003 Technician from Isreal Leather came and took pictures and advised that he would be sending to company.

1/16/2004 Called Stain Safe and was advised that they received the report and the pictures on 12/23/03 and that it would take 14 business days to have an answer. Spoke with Al

1/23/2004 Spoke with Al at Stain Safe and was advised that they were still waiting for Upper Management to make a decision

1/28/2004 Spoke with Al at Stain Safe and was advised that they still hadn't made a decision

2/12/2004 Called and spoke with Nate in customer service and was advised that the claim was being reviewed by Upper Management and no decision was made yet. Also the claim on the back cushion stuffing, Nate was told to advise me to call the store where purchased and that they would fix the pillow back. When I asked why I was just now being told to call the store, they didn't know why I wasn't told earlier.

2/17/2004 Call the store and was referred back to Stain Safe for the back pillow restuffing. Spoke with Alfredo and was advised that they don't have it listed and so they aren't going to repair the back pillow. I told him to open a claim for it and he said that the computer won't let him and will automatically deny the claim. I have been advised that the claim has been approved to repair the arm and they it will be another 2 weeks before I will be contacted.

2/20/04 Received letter advising that a new arm was ordered and it would take 8 to 12 weeks for delivery.

4/2/04 Called Stain Safe and spoke with Bethany and asked the status of the claim. It will be at least another 4 weeks before the arm will be delivered to my home. Bethany advised that once the arm comes in, I need to call and advise and they will send out a tech. I asked what if the arm does not match as it is a blue leather couch. She said I would then call them back and they would then proceed further.

As of this date, I do not have any satisfaction regarding Stain Safe other than it is a waste of peoples money. They do not provide any service.
