Stamps.com ripoff Does not refund for postage or insurance purchased through them Los Angeles California
I run an online mail order business and decided to use Stamps.com to free up some time instead of running to the post office every day.
When I started printing postage, many times the stamp would not print, or would print incorrectly. Stamps.com customer service was absolutely no help and certainly were not tech savvy. I filed for refunds and never received any money back. I also had an insurance claim and the paperwork was so cumbersome it was easier to give the customer a refund than to file it.
When I called to cancel they gladly did so, but would not refund for my unused materials or the rest of the month that I had paid for several days earlier.
Stay away from this company. Pitney Bowes is a much easier and professional system.
