I am a former tenant of Stanley Meadow who feels contractually and financially abused by him in the landlord/tenant relationship. He is a bully, and I believe he is taking advantage of his tenants by passing landlord capital costs onto them strategically (by way of an AC unit, the sale of "SJM ENTERPRISES" filters, and an unjust clause 12A in his contract).
