I am a former tenant of Stanley Meadow who feels contractually and financially abused by him in the landlord/tenant relationship. He is a bully, and I believe he is taking advantage of his tenants by passing landlord capital costs onto them strategically (by way of an AC unit, the sale of "SJM ENTERPRISES" filters, and an unjust clause 12A in his contract).
Currently I am working on getting in touch with his former tenants to build a case against him. This makes the second Rip Off Report he has on file, and my case is similar to the first. If the author of the first Rip Off Report is reading this, please contact me at [email protected]
