They play a good sales game, but it all flips on you once you close on the house.
Within weeks after closing, we realized that they used sub-par materials and poor craftsmanship. Looking back, the sales team lied and deceived us. It boggles the mind to think that these people are still in business.
The warranty department is so unbelievably bad that the customer service levels we received from them could only be described as “abusive”. Dealing with them has been so frustrating that it made us reconsider my opinion on Comcast’s customer service levels – it is that bad.
We have wasted most of this year’s PTO days dealing with the company’s incompetency and inability to fix major and basic mistakes.
Do yourselves a favor - never do business with these clowns.
