Stanley Safe Club--JEFF JOHNSON(SUPERVISOR) sold me 2 warranties for 579.00 each through a company called Gold Standard Automotive Network. When I called Gold they said they were not licensed to sell to dealers in Washington. Calling the Broker back(Stanley) and explaining this to them, they stated it's not their problem. Gold is saying they can't sell in Washington, so the warranty is not valid, but Stanley won't refund the money or change companies? Vancouver, Wa NJ
I bought 2 automobile warranties through a company called Stanley Warranty which is a broker for auto and home warranties. They sold me two policies on my automobiles to a company called Gold Standard. A month in a half went by and I wanted to transfer the warranty to a customer and call Gold only to find out that they are not licensed to sell insurance in the state of Washington, so the warranties are absolutely worthless.
I called Stanley back and they said it's been longer than 30 days and because of that they couldn't help me. No refund, no changing to a company that is licensed in the State of Washington, no help what soever. Jeff Johnson said "Sorry sir, there's nothing we can do, we just have to agree to disagree". We sold you 2 warranties that are totally useless and there is nothing you or anyone can do about it.
