Star Capital Securities Letter re:Winning Final Notification of North American Shoppers Sweepststakes for sum of $125,000 w/check enclosed for $4,875. to help EXPEDITE the process and pay taxes(send moneygram or Western Union amt. $2,975). Same winning claim numbers as all other reports. Very real looking check! Chatham Ontario
The STAR CAPITAL SECURITIES INC notice is very slick. I have a Masters Degree. My husband has a Masters and a Law Doctorate and we both were amazed at "apparent authenticity" of this notification and expecially the authentic looking check with no limitations, restrictions, etc. On 10/10/08 I rec'd single page letter dated September 29, 2008 Re: winning final notification of "North Americsn Shoppers Sweepstakes" from May 5, 2008. Ticket serial #38476075 drew Lucky Winning #38477 889. One of 40 declared 2nd category winner of $125.000 US dollars.
Claim #: JH/CA-0011 and VERY REAL LOOKING check enclosed in amt. $4,875 to expedite processing and pay by Moneygram or Western Union $2,975 directly to tax agent. Check drawn on Premier Bank, St. Charles, MO. I plan to notify that bank regarding the check. DO NOT DEPOSIT this check...they will get your banking info if the check is ultimately routed back to them.
