Stark, Seal & Blacktop Leroy Stark Scam seal coat business. Hit and run, very poor workmanship and will not come back to correct workmanship. Avoid completely. Carthage Missouri
Sealcoat, paving scam. Hit and run with check. Very poor quality that never dried, and after 7 calls, 7 promises never came back to resolve problem. Bragged about 100% satisfaction. Drives around in pick up and offers service. Never use. Will cost me alot of money to cleanup the mess.
