I hear you loud and clear on your complaints and have added my own this evening. However, you asked about a reputable hosting company and I wanted to recommend my new one. Unbelievably (after our experiences with "StopLogic") the tech support at bluehost has even gone so far as to try and help me resolve leftover issues from StopLogic! I kid you not! They have happily helped me out with database issues that were not their responsibility. They have helped me write code that I couldn't crack myself and they have always, always asked for follow up to make sure it was resolved. I'm amazed and delighted with them. After the nightmares we have been through, we deserve a decent host. I'm happy to say Bluehost is one of the good guys. I swear I am unaffiliated with them in any way. As much as I believe in putting the word out on the bad guys, I'll step up just as fast for the good ones. I wish you well in your web journey and hope your nightmare with StopLogic is over by now, no matter what host you end up with. All the best, Webbie.
