First, I am really bothered by these apparent 'AWARDS' they have on their site. "Best Web Host"? "Top Choice Award"?! I have to believe at this point in my experience with them that these awards and testimonials are completely fictitious.

If you need technical support, forget about it. Their Live Chat puts you in queue indefinitely.

In about 20 all-day attempts to get a Startlogic rep on chat over the past few weeks, I have never gotten a response. The same goes for their 800 phone number. I've lost count of the days I called and sat on hold for hours.

They like to simply close email support 'tickets' you submit online right after someone sends you a vague copy/paste reply that doesn't even address or resolve the issue.

I manage 4 different website accounts through this provider, all have been plagued with unresolved issues that I continually re-open over the past year. I have to work around these issues on my own, which means I am settling for way less than I'm paying for. These accounts develop random permissions problems out of nowhere...and now, with this "New Platform Transition" circus they've got going on, the accounts have become a complete mess. If you have serious clients you're building web presence for, using this host would be a grave and costly mistake.

Their support and reliability claims are completely false. And I have several years worth of support tickets to prove it. I'm going to move all my accounts elsewhere ASAP, and I'm sure Startlogic will find a way to make that an even bigger nightmare than they've already created for me and my clients.
