Pretty much, if you are related to someone at SF you don't even need to "nail" the interview, depends on who you are related to. I think you may of missed my point of the post, my point is that SF would rather promote someone with a degree from a made-up college than someone that has 16 years of experience with the company. There are many qualified claim handlers at SF and many unqualified claim handlers at SF, the decision that gets made on your claim may be made by someone who is not qualified to make an intelligent decision.
So wouldn't you be a little concerned if the person that had the final say on your claim had earned their "science" degree by taking classes that include "Home Decorating," "Clothing Design" and "Understanding Your Husband and the policies of the college include prohibiting male long hair, the use of alcohol, cigarettes, dance, Hollywood movies, playing cards, having "fellowship with liberals," or participating in "other questionable amusements" as well as requiring "young ladies" to be chaperoned if they go off-campus.
Do you really think that this type of person will be making fair decisions..REALLY?

1. You have to be a relative of "someone" at State Farm.
2. You have to be a "screw-up".
3. You have to be "unqualified."
How am I doing?
Here's what you should do...Marry someone in the company or look elsewhere for work. No need to thank me for this very good advice....get a life.
BTW, Don't forget to "nail" the interview.
